I spent my career delivering results in complex organizations. Now I help leaders deliver results through people — without carrying it all themselves.

I'm Stacy Balzer, a former Senior Director at Ford Motor Company and founder of Uplift+Ignite Coaching and Consulting. For 30+ years, I led large, complex organizations supporting critical operations, developing leaders, and driving performance at scale. I was often brought in to fix what wasn't working.

And what I learned is this: the real lever isn't just process. It's people.

I've led cross-functional teams across operations, strategy, and customer experience through high-pressure environments and constant change. But the results I'm most proud of aren't just metrics. They're the leaders who grew. The teams that stepped up. The cultures that shifted.
